We are deeply committed to the growth and retention of our talented teachers and support staff. To achieve this, we invest in staff training and personal development strategies, working collaboratively with our staff to help them reach their key performance indicators and professional aspirations.

Our driving force is rooted in the Trust's vision and school virtues, and we aspire to be a place where staff not only want to work but also choose to stay.

We want all our Trust staff to be confident that their wellbeing, workload, and mental health are paramount to us. This commitment is shared by our Executive Head, school Headteachers, Trustees/Governors, and Senior Leaders. We actively encourage open communication with our staff. They can approach any member of our team, regardless of their position, to discuss their wellbeing, workload, mental health requirements, and any necessary adjustments.
